MikroVeda Life, Life Pur and M33+ are natural, raw and non-sterilized food supplements, which can contribute to the repopulation and stabilization of the microbiome in a safe and well-tolerated way.

Why natural?

We ferment only with GMO-free, naturally occurring microorganism strains in food and use only 100% natural raw materials in vegan organic quality for our supplements.

Why raw and not sterilized?

Through our unique, gentle fermentation technology, we are able to produce products that remain stable and unopened and unrefrigerated for more than a year without sterilization. Valuable ingredients, which have even increased many times over during fermentation, are preserved.

Why dietary supplements?

In times of stress or an unbalanced diet, we should keep an eye on our microbiome. Allergy sufferers and chronically ill people should also always keep an eye on what they are feeding their bodies. There are numerous situations in life in which an attentive diet is simply no longer enough. If it is suspected that the bacterial balance in the body has become unbalanced, it is a good idea to restore it in the form of a natural food supplement.

In addition to a balanced, wholesome diet, microorganisms can be supplemented in the form of a food supplement. You can find MikroVeda food supplements in liquid form for drinking. Inappropriate dosage of MikroVeda Life, Life Pur or M33+ is not expected, but the recommended daily amount should not be exceeded and small children should not have free access to the products.

Why without concern and well tolerated?

No side effects are expected when taking our supplements. Increased stool volume and an immediate increased urge to go to the toilet are desirable effects of fermented foods and supplements. Digestive activity is stimulated and regulated. Babies from the time of solid food administration, pregnant women and nursing mothers can also take the MikroVeda food supplements. There are also no side effects expected with medications. Even during and after antibiotic therapy, it is recommended to take it to strengthen the microbiome. Consult your doctor about supplementation in case of existing diseases.

What is re-colonization and stabilization of the microbiome?

Once the microbiome balance is disturbed, it takes time to rebuild it and keep it stable. Thus, the beneficial bacteria must first be added so that they can then multiply and displace the pathogenic, harmful bacteria. Once the balance is established after a few weeks (by the way, this varies from individual to individual), they should be added again for a while or at least at regular intervals to maintain the balance. Our nutritional supplements can therefore be used as a cure over several weeks, but also regularly in everyday life.

Why for drinking and not in the capsule?

Capsules and powders flood the market. It’s certainly cozy and convenient to quickly swallow a capsule and you’ve checked off your supplement for the day and eased your conscience. We see it a little differently. We see nutritional supplementation as something integrated into everyday life, but not “put on". Thus, our liquid enzymes are taken pure or added to water or a drink and taken directly with or between meals. We also think of the many people who do not like to swallow capsules or children who find swallowing capsules unpleasant.

Our ferments are fermented in such a way that the environment in which the bacteria and all the valuable other ingredients are preserved in a high-quality and stable manner is modeled on the natural environment of the intestine. Thus, the ingredients can be ideally absorbed by the mucous membranes and the metabolic processes can take place directly, without first having to decompose a capsule. And even the acidic passage through the stomach is passed unharmed by the majority of the microorganisms.

In the oral cavity, the active ingredients can be absorbed directly through the mucous membranes, which your oral health will thank you for. This is why MicroVeda pigments are also used in the field of oral hygiene, because this is also home to a microbiome that wants to be kept healthy.

And if you ever notice an irritated area on your skin, this can also be rubbed with the liquid ferment. Our external microbiome on the skin also needs a bacteria balance to be healthy and well cared for. The necessary bacteria species are also found in our ferments and can be applied to the skin without hesitation. You are neurodermitic or have other skin problems? Let your doctor or alternative practitioner advise you on the use of “Good Bacteria".

Who is MikroVeda?

MikroVeda has been researching microbial communities that promote life in its own laboratory since 1998. The island of the centenarians, Okinawa in Japan, started the company on the path of fermentation with microorganisms and paved the way for traditional fermentation at MikroVeda until today. Today, MikroVeda is one of the pioneers of European Effective Microorganisms fermentation, producing ur-natural preparations that are imported all over the world. Microorganism strains that are long-lived, assertive and highly effective in a stable environment are the hallmark of MikroVeda quality and are used all over the world in the fields of human and animal health, as well as in nature, agriculture and gardening, and in commercial and household applications. MikroVeda is a certified manufacturer and its products are regularly and rigorously tested by external laboratories.

The disturbed microbiome balance

Poor digestion to chronic conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, as well as diabetes and depression, have been shown to be related to our microbiome. Our internal microbiome comprises the entire microbial world of our body. Most of them, trillions of them to be precise, live in our intestines. There, they perform numerous tasks that are essential for our bodily functions. In recent decades, the focus has been increasingly on this newly discovered “organ", producing new findings every month that give us one or two aha moments. After all, our microbial diversity in the intestine is much more significant than we had ever assumed, and the connections with numerous diseases are becoming increasingly clear.

Doctors have long understood this and today more often than ever give the advice to sanitize one’s own microbiome. The patient who stands before the doctor with gum problems, skin rashes or depression stands in disbelief before this statement and only after in-depth consultation understands that his disease state is related to the internal microbiome.

What’s wrong with me? The search for the disease.

The problem is obvious: the microbiome is too complex to be easily understood. And because it is involved in nearly all of the body’s metabolic processes, it also impacts numerous symptoms that result from a dysfunctional microbiome. Our symptoms usually just show us that something is wrong in the body, the search for the needle in the haystack begins. From doctor to doctor, therapy to therapy, the problem cannot be located, much less solved, if it is not identified at its source.

You have been looking for a cause of your complaints for a long time?

Talk to your doctor about a disturbed microbiome balance and possibly even have it examined. It is possible to have stool tests done through laboratories to get an analysis about the individual microbiome. With the results, you can then seek advice from doctors, alternative practitioners or nutritional therapists on which path makes the most sense for you. Often a combination of dietary changes and probiotics as a dietary supplement is recommended to gently and sustainably restore the bacterial balance.

For this purpose, attention is paid to a fiber-rich, wholesome and balanced diet and a natural supplement of bacteria that can contribute to a microbiome balance. These must be present in sufficient quantities in the intestinal tract, but they are able to multiply quickly and effectively themselves on a healthy food basis (diet!). So it does not depend on the bacterial count alone! The more diversity there is in the bacterial species, the more effectively they can work in the community. The work of bacteria includes the displacement of harmful bacteria and viruses as well as the decomposition and conversion of food components for further vital processes in the body.

In our opinion, a healthy, balanced microbiome requires more than just taking a dietary supplement. Thus, we do not make any healing promises and do not replace a visit to the doctor. We recommend to always look at the human organism as a whole and to pay attention to what the person takes in. Due to external influences, our microbiome can be heavily burdened and needs attention. These include:

  • An unbalanced diet with lots of sugar and bad fats,
  • Poor quality of food raw materials due to the use of pesticides in the fields
  • Poverty of “good bacteria" in the air in cities and near sprayed fields
  • Lack of “good bacteria" and nutrients due to industrially processed food (additives, heating)
  • Stress and lack of exercise
  • Sterile lifestyle due to excessive hygiene and cleaning with chemicals
  • Too little contact with “fresh air" (forest, cowshed, sea)
